Cass comes from a lineage of visionary thinkers. Her grandfather invented latex paint while working at Benjamin Moore in the 1950s. Her mother pioneered cooperative learning in education in 1987. Today, Cass carries this legacy forward by helping organizations innovate products, services, and systems with sustainability and soul baked in.

Today, in dance, progress toward gender equality in leadership is stalling. According to the Dance Data Project, after years of significant gains, momentum has slowed to a near standstill.

Cass has worked at the forefront of gender bias research, using evidence-based insights to drive meaningful progress. Her experience has shown that lasting change cannot happen without internal transformation.

Ballet has faced its share of long-term challenges. Today, Cass offers a path to help heal these issues and establish sustainable practices within the field. To move forward, innovation and strategy must be both measurable and accountable.
